Macao celebrates museums

A museum carnival which brought together museum resources in Hong Kong, Macao and neighboring Guangdong Province drew a large crowd in Macao, especially children.

Different museums set up booths to display their collections and services. Various performances, including concerts and Latin dances were organized to liven up the event, which was a warm up to International Museum Day on May the 18th. Between May the 15th and 18th, all the museums in Macao will open to visitors free of charge.
