China's Deputy Consul General Shi Yong and other consular officials have arrived in upstate New York to deal with the aftermath of Friday's deadly shooting.

The names of the victims of the mass murder at the American Civic Association building in Binghamton, New York, have been released. Four Chinese nationals were among the total of 14 people killed from eight different countries of origin.
A memorial was held on Sunday at the First Congregational Church - next door to the scene of the shooting. The church's bell was rung 14 times for each victim.
Meanwhile, Shi has been negotiating with US authorities to meet the demands of the families of the Chinese victims.
An investigation is underway as US authorities try to establish the motive of the shooter.
