Taipei Zoo to brace for panda rush

Taipei Zoo has set up a reaction center to deal with possible emergencies during the public opening of its Panda House, which is the home to two pandas donated by the mainland.

The pandas will be shown to the public during Spring Festival. Taipei Zoo allows 22,000 visitors each day. But on the Chinese New Year's Eve, more than 100,000 people are expected to go to the zoo, hoping for a chance to see the new arrivals.
