The 16-year-old son of actor John Travolta died suddenly on Friday during a family vacation in the Bahamas, according to foreign media reports.
Jett, who was vacationing with Travolta and wife Kelly Preston, suffered a seizure at their private suite at the Old Bahama Bay resort on Grand Bahama Island, the media reports.
He was last seen going into the bathroom on Thursday and a house caretaker found him unconscious in the bathroom on Friday morning.
The teen was rushed to hospital by ambulance, but attempts to revive him were unsuccessful and he died on scene.
A policeman spokesman said, Jett apparently hit his head on the bathtub.
Jett, who had a history of seizures, was the eldest child of Travolta and his wife, actress Kelly Preston. They also have an 8-year-old daughter, Ella.
An autopsy is being performed to determine the exact cause of death.
The family, who have homes in California and Florida, arrived in the Bahamas on Tuesday by private plane, police said.
