Property prices rise in Shenzhen

A report from the city's Land Resources and Housing Management Bureau show average housing prices hitting 13,500 yuan per square meter in November, a rise of 6.6 percent in November from just a month earlier. While total sales reached 590-thousand square meters,a 17.3 percent increase, also from October.

Checking out the period from January to November, investment in the property market totals out at 38.9 billion yuan, again a small rise of 1.71 percent from the same period last year. Insiders are giving credit to preferential policies on loans and tax.
