Miami Heat center and NBA legend Alonzo Mourning has decided to call it quits.
The seven-time All-Star center said he won't return to the court because of a leg injury he sustained in 2007- also the fourth anniversary of his lifesaving kidney transplant.
Despite being confident in his decision to hang up his jersey, 'Zo' say's he's saddened to leave the game of basketball.
Alonzo Mourning, retired NBA Center, said, "You got something that you love and you're passionate about, it's hard to let that go, it truly is. It's hard to let something that you love and you're passionate about go, and that's with anything in life. At 38 years old I feel like I've physically done all I can for this game."
