The story line follows a pilgrimage, taking its principal characters on a journey through great difficulties. The progression toward a happy conclusion is assisted by 12 big screens. Ideas from renowned European rock bands and state-of-the-art high-tech are thrown in, to create an epic about time.

Producers borrowed from Pink Floyd and the Rolling Stones. They've also embraced enduring traditions of Western culture. The show exudes the splendor of Wagner's The Ring and the silent screen surrealism of Fritz Lang.
